In the view of World Kidney Day 2014, La Renon Healthcare launched a ‎Kidney Awareness Drive across India via different platforms with an objective of creating awareness about the graveness of kidney related diseases especially in India. The drive first began on 9th March 2014 when La Renon with the cooperation of Ahmedabad Medical Association jointly conducted a medical seminar for all the ‎Homeguards of Ahmedabad at 4 different locations in the city simultaneously. The main objective of this seminar was to create basic awareness about the common causes and consequences of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) that can happen to any healthy looking person.

1. Kidney Awareness Drive for School Kids and Society.
As a part of the Kidney Awareness Drive on #‎WorldKidneyDay‬, 13th March 2014, La Renon Healthcare in coordination with The New H.B. Kapadia High School conducted an activity for the students to create awareness about the graveness of kidney related diseases in the young generation and even their families and societies at large. The campaign at the school was done in a way that it turned to be a fun project for the kids. All of them were given posters and colorful brochures. The higher classes were even given project work where they had to spread the awareness in their residential areas by pasting the posters and also conducting a get together with all the elder ones and imparting them kidney and CKD related information.
